High temperature resistant steel
The body of the fireplaces is made from a high temperature resistant steel used for pressure vessels and piping which are designed to work in high temperature enviroment. When compared to a standard carbon steel the high temperature resistant steel is alloyed with Cr and Ni. The mechanical capabilities of this material guarantee long lifespan a no risk of deformations caused by high temperature.
Ceramic glass
All doors are equipped with a ceramic glass which is resistant to high temperature and temperature shocks to which the glass is exposed during operation. The glass is available also in a double glazing variant. Double glazing improves the insulation capabilities of the doors and reduce the amount of heat radiated through the doors to the living room. Hence it prevents overheating in the spaces with lower energy needs. In 2012 Hoxter introduced double glazing for the corner units, where both glasses are bended, as a first company on the market.
Surface treatment
The UHT-HYDRO 600 and UHT 600 are the top of the line coating which we are using to treat the surfaces of our producst. It hardens right after the coating on the room temperature so there is no smell originating when user burns in the appliance for the first time and it's scratch resistant.
